Question for Pokemon Diamond
I have 7 bagdes but the guy at valor lake wont let me go to sunyshore city because it's blacked out over there how do I get there then?????

You have to go to the top of Mt. Cornet and catch dialga then youll know what to do from there

You must go to all 3 lakes and confront Team Galactic. Then you must go to the Galactic Hideout in Veilstone, and lastly up to Mt. Coronet. Then you should be able to go to Sunyshore.
