Question for Pokemon Diamond
How do you make Eevee evolve into Glacion and it's grass form? I go to the rocks but nothing happens.

Your Eevee has to be closely bonded with you, commonly known as "being friendly with you". In other words, your Eevee has to like you to the MAX! And then, he should evolve within one level.
*Hint* Make him hold a soothe bell. Then give him about 8 of each status uppers, besides PP UP. And then give him about 4 berries that increase his friendship. Next, train in that area and he should evolve right away =]

Glaceon = Go to Mt. Coronet go to that Icy Rock then press a then you can level it up once and it will evolve.
Leafeon = Go to the Eterna Forest go all the way left then do the same press a and level up.

For the grass form you give it a leaf stone. And for ice I'm not sure

You make them level up around the rocks. Feed them a Rare Candy next to the rock, or fight wild Pokemon while keeping the rock in your screen.

You level up eevee in front of the moss rock in eterna forest for leafeon, and for glaceon in front of ice rock south of snowpoint city
