You will need mystery gifts then wait untill a netendo event happens in real life then you can use the Wi-Fi connection to obtian it. You can get mystery gifts at the tv station by talking to the guy and tell him "Every Happy" then tell him "Nintendo Wi-Fi".Also you can use an action replay or another cheating device to obtian the items.

All from cheating or from nintendo events, or if you live anywhere else besides Japan, the only option is by cheating, so far.
