Afte you beat the water gym what do you do?

Go to Pastoria City, after you beat Crasher Wake. Above, you'll see a Galactic Grunt. Talk to him and he'll be muttering words to himself. He'll notice you, and then tell you to back away and not to follow him. Guess what you're going to do? Follow him. It would be smart if you go to the Pok�mon Center first, because as soon as you talk to him for the second time, he will run away after talking to you and your Rival will bump into you, again, he wants a battle. I found that out the hard way. ._. Follow him until he starts to get tired. Eventually, he will battle you. When he does, he'll complain that the only reason that he lost to you is because he was so tired. What a pathetic excuse. Afterwards, he'll get slower with walking. Follow him to the North of the Lakefront. You'll meet Cynthia, the Pok�mon League Champion. She'll blabber a bit with you and then give you the SecretPotion to give to the Psyduck blocking a Route near Floaroma. Give the Psyduck the Potion and you'll gain access to another City. You can then go back to Hearthome City and you'll need to visit the Contest Hall. Your mom will be there, along with the fifth gym leader. They'll depart and you can then proceed to challenge the Gym Leader.

You have to go to the safari zome,talk to a person with green hair and then he will give you the hm defog after that go outside and ull c a women facing the trees she has blonde hair then shell give you a secret potion the go to where those psyduck are blocking the path then click on 1 of them
