You can only get Darkrai, Shaymin, and the God of Pokemon Arceus using mystery gift at a nintendo event. You can go to one of those events by going to a place near a Pokemon Center Store like in New York or other places.

All three of those Pokemon are event Pokemon, to get Darkrai you need the member's pass, to get shaymin you need Oak's letter and to get Arceus you need the Azure flute, if you have those then Darkrai will show up in your dreams at the inn in Canalave city and you'll have to go to Newmoon Island , to get Shaymin once you have oak's letter go to route 224 and if you have the Azure flute then go to the place where you got Dialga or Palkia and when you get there it i'll ask you if you want to blow into the flute and say then stairs will appear and at the top you'll see Arceus.

They're event Pok�mon, as of now, you need an Action Replay or Gameshark to get them. Or sit patiently and try to go to a Nintendo Event.
