I know this will sound funny but I can't find surf, where is it?

Once you have 4 badges, go east of Pastoria and chase down that grunt. Beat your rival, and then eventually beat that Galactic Grunt. Cynthia will show up, and give you the secretpotion to give to the Psyduck along route 210. Go there, they'll heal up, and she'll appear again. This time, she'll give you the old charms to give to her grandmother in Celestic. Go through the northern part of route 210, using defog hopefully, and go to Celestic Town. Not much to do here at all, so just go to the center of the town. While attempting to go down the stairs, an old woman will talk to you [can you guess who she is??]. She'll tell you to beat the Galactic Grunt in front of the cave. Battle and beat him, and talk to the old woman again. Give her the old charms, seeing as how she's Cynthia's grandmother, and go in the cave. Examine the drawing on the back of the cave, and the old woman will show up and give you HM03 Surf.

Exit the cave, talk to Cyrus, and you can now get the 5th badge in Hearthome... I felt like saying that because I know you only want surf, but a lot of people are confused on what to do to get to the 5th gym after obtaining the 4th badge.

Once you beat Crasher Wake in Pastoria City, there's a Galactic Grunt. Talk to him and he'll be muttering words to himself. He'll notice you, and then tell you to back away and not to follow him. Guess what you're going to do? Follow him. It would be smart if you go to the Pok�mon Center first, because as soon as you talk to him for the second time, he will run away after talking to you and your Rival will bump into you, again, he wants a battle. I found that out the hard way. ._. Follow him until he starts to get tired. Eventually, he will battle you. When he does, he'll complain that the only reason that he lost to you is because he was so tired. What a pathetic excuse. Afterwards, he'll get slower with walking. Follow him to the North of the Lakefront. You'll meet Cynthia, the Pok�mon League Champion. She'll blabber a bit with you and then give you the SecretPotion to give to the Psyduck blocking a Route near Floaroma. Give the Psyduck the Potion and you'll gain access to Solaceon Town. Go to Solaceon Town and you'll meet Cynthia's Grandmother. She'll tell you to go beat the grunt. Beat the Galactic Grunt and then you can go into the cave. Go in, and she'll give you Surf.
