How do you use a shiny stone I heard you con use it for all the Pok�mon how do I transfer Pok�mon from pal Park that say hidden move

You open the Item Menu, select the Shiny stone and press Use.
You can't transfer Pok�mon that know an HM move like Cut.

1. Shiny Stones CANNOT be used on all pokemon. As far as I'm concerned, it can only be used on Roselia to evolve into Roserade.
2. This happened to me, even though none of my Pokemon I was transferring knew flash or dive. It's pretty stupid, but you delete the HM's and put the pokemon back in the PC. You should now be able to transfer them.

The shiny stone can only be used to evolve Roselia into Roseraide. You can't transfer a Pokemon that knows a hidden move. You either have to make it forget the hidden move then reteach it or forget it.
