Can anyone help me ... I don't know where to revive the poke fossil's back to their poke forms... If you can help I would greatly apreciate it.

The guy to the right behind the desk in Oreburgs mining museum. Give him the fossil, walk out, then walk back in and he will give you the Pokemon at level twenty.
