Question for Pokemon Diamond
I'm using my Empoleon for the battle tower, obviously with 2 backups.
But what moveset should he know?
Right now, he knows: Surf, Earthquake, Ice beam, and Drill Peck.

Empoleon has 111 Base attack, so make sure he knows Special Attacks.
Surf
Ice Beam
Shadow Claw
