Most of the applications are already standard to it and you can get the rest of them from the Pok�Totch Company in Jubilife City.

Well, you start out with the digital clock, calculator, step counter, and your party status. There are 22 total.
You can get 4 applications for every other badge you obtaining, leading up to 7, from the president of the Poketch Company.
Memo Pad: After obtaining 1 badge.
Marking Map: After obtaining 3 badges.
Wireless Searcher: After obtaining 5 badges.
Type Advantage/Disadvantage Chart: After obtaining 7 badges.
From there, you have 8.

Party Happiness Checker: From a woman in the Eterna City Pokemon center.
Dousing Machine: From your Dawn/Lucas on route 207.
Berry Checker: From the berry master on route 208.
Breeding Checker: From a guy in the day care in Solaceon Town.
Pokemon History: From a someone in Solaceon Town.
Counter: From someone in the Veilstone Department Store.
Analogue Watch: From a guy in Celestic Town.
Heads/Tails coin toss: From a guy in the Grand Lake Hotel.
Calendar, Drawing Board, Roulette: From a guy in Sunnyshore City, in the house where you haev to use rock climb, by showing him a Pokemon with: a serious nature, a naive nature, and a quirky nature.
Pokeradar Checker: From Oak after obtaining the national dex at Pal Park.
Kitchem Timer: By showing a girl at the Pal Park a Snorlax imported from FR/LG.
Color Changer [changes the color of your poketch]: By showing a girl at the Pal Park a Kecleon imported from Ru/Sa/Emerald.
With that said, and obtained, you should have all 22 applications on your Poketch.
