Question for Pokemon Diamond
On the island where Stark Mountain is, how do you make the people move that are blocking the path that goes to Stark Mountain.If they don't move,please tell me how to get to Stark Mountain.

You have to obtain the National Dex, which is obtained once you've seen all 150 Pokemon in the Sinnoh Dex. [If you battled every trainer in the game in the actual "continental" Sinnoh, then you would have seen every Pokemon in the Sinnoh Dex]. Once you have that, you should be able to go north and east of the Battle Area.

You need to have obtained the National Pok�Dex, which you can get when you've seen all 150 Pok�mon in the Sinnoh Pok�Dex. An easy way is to battle every train that can be battled. When you've done all of that, you can get the National Pok�Dex, then you should be able to go north and east of the Battle Area, then you can go into Stark Mountain.
