Togekiss - Evolve Togetic by using a Shiny Stone.
Ampibom - Level up Aimpom while it knows Double Hit.
Electrive - Trade it to another Diamond or Pearl while it's holding an Electrizer.
Gliscor - Level up Gligar in the night while it's holding a Razor Fang.
Porygon-Z - Trade Porygon2 while it's holding a Dubious Disk.
