Question for Pokemon Diamond
Does anyone know how to make a Pokemon like you? I'm trying to evolve my Budew but he won't evolve. I'm making sure it is day, he hasn't died yet, and I always keep him in my party. Please help me.

Use lots of berries and status uppers, like HP UP or PROTEIN, on him, and have him hold a soothe bell. To get one of these, go to the Pokemon Fan Club in Hearthome City, and show the lady there one of your Pokemon that likes you to the max, and she'll give a soothe bell to you. And keep the battling the way you are now, and before you know it, you'll have yourself a Roselia. You know, though, once you have the national dex, you can catch Roselia in the 50's in routes 228/229.

Be very kind to it, don't let it faint in battle, keep it with you a lot, and try feeding it a lot of Vitamins, HP Up, Protein, stuff like that. It should take a liking to you by then.
