#114: Unown.
Wild: Solaceon Ruins.
#134, 135: Finneon, Lumineon.
Trainers: 2 different swimmers on route 223.
Wild: Routes 205, 219, 220, 221. Good rod for Finneon, and super rod for Lumineon.
#146, 147, 148: Uxie, Mesprit, Azelf.
Wild: Once you have up to 7 badges and battled Dialga on the top of Mt. Cornet, you can find Uxie and Axelf in Acuity Lake and Valor Lake, and once you try to battle Mesprit, he'll run away, but his picture will be recorded in the Sinnoh Dex.

#114 is Unown. You can find it in the Solaceon Ruins.
#134 and 135 are Finneon and Lumineon (in order). You can find them by these Swimmers on Route 223. If you want to see them in the Wild, you can see them on Routes 205, 219, 220 and 221. Use a Good Rod for Finneon, and a Super Rod for Lumineon.
#146, 147 and 148 are Uxie, Mespirt and Azelf. (In order.) You can find them (and hopefully capture them) after you get to the top of Mt.Coronet and stop Team Galactic from using Dialga (or Palkia if you're playing Pearl.). You need to go to Acuity Lake for Uxie, Valor for Azelf. If you want to see Mespirt, go to Verity, but it will run away. It will still be recorded though.
