In Pokemon Diamond how do you get the heavens flute for Arceus without an event or cheat?
How do you get Shaymin?
How do you find a way to get Darkrai?
How do you get the rocks for Deoxysis that changes his status in Veilstone City?

1. There is no other way.
2. I think you know. You need to go to a Nintendo Event to get "Oak's Letter". With that in your bag, if you've been to route 224 [gotten to through Victory Road, through the door the guy was blocking before]. At the end of route 224, there was originally a white rock that is very well polished. But with "Oak's Letter" in your bag, a route has been extended to the far north. At the end of that route will be Shaymin, at level 30. Or, you can always cheat, which I don't think you do, suggested from the first question you asked.
3. Once again, through a Nintendo Event or by cheating. If you somehow choose a Nintendo Event, you need to obtain the Membership pass and give it to the sailor in Canalave City.
4. Haha, for the record, it's just Deoxys. The rocks are the meteorites in the eastern part of Veilstone. You need Deoxys in your party, and to be honest, I'm not sure what rock will change Deoxys into a certain type, so that's all I can tell you.
