Question for Pokemon Diamond
I keep trying to go to SunyShore City but they wont let me. Also I tried to get Dialga but I don't have the HM Waterfall. Does anyone know where I can find it?

To get to Sunyshore, you need to beat the first seven gyms and drive away Team Galactic at the top of Mt.Coronet.
You don't need Waterfall to get to Dialga. What you do is go to to Hearthome City and go to Route 208. Enter Mt.Coronet there and you need to surf across a body of water to access an area where you need Rock Climb to go up to the next floor. After that, the only HM's you need are still Surf and Rock Climb. Strength isn't needed, however, if you want to avoid a million Wild Pokemon Battles at he summit, it would help for you to have Strength.
