Where do you get the exp share I really need to know but also I'm not sure if I'm suppost to have it I just beat the 4th gym plz help...

Go to Eterna City and go south to the area right before Cycling Road. Professor Rowan's Aid will be there. Talk to him and he'll give you the EXP. Share.
