Hey I'm back, sorry but I need to know where I would locate the move deleter and the person that would give moves back (or is there one?)

The move deleter is in Cavanalve City, south to the poke center, north to the poke mart.
The move tutor [relearner] is in Pastoria City, about southwest of the city, close to that little pond.
