Go to Hearthome City, which is right at Route 208. Go into the cave and you'll need to Surf across a body of water. Then you need to Rock Climb across a bunch of rocks to get to stairs leading to the next area.
You will be using Rock Climb a lot, and when you reach the snowy areas of Mt.Coronet, it would help if you used Strength so you can avoid a million wild Pok�mon battles.

Go to Hearthome and start at that entrance. Be sure you have Pokemon that know Surf, Rock Smash, Strength, and Rock Climb.

You have to go through the southmost entrance to it. West to Hearthome City, or northeast to Oreburgh City. However, I strongly suggest you start at Hearthome City, because it's just a shorter distance to the top from the entrance closer to Hearthome.
