Question for Pokemon Diamond
1. Exactly HOW and WHERE do you get into the Sinnoh Underground??
2. How do you get Mesprit and Cresselia? They've just disappeared when I tried to battle/catch them.

You need the Explorer Kit.
To use it press X, go to BAG, KEY ITEMS, search for Eplorer Kit.
You can use it anywere in the Region.

You just use the Explorer Kit you get in Eterna.
They keep running from you unless you put them to sleep or use Mean Look on them. The best thing to do is catch a Medicham near Snowpoint and trade it to the lady there for a Haunter. Use a couple of Heart Scales and have it relearn Hynosis and Mean Look. Also the best time to catch them is at night because you should use Dusk Balls because of their 4xs catch rate at night. To make it easier, just stay in one area and walk to where the route changes because their position will also change.(Im sure of this with Mesprit, not sure with Cressila)

1. You need the Explorer Kit you get in Eterna City.
2. Mespirt and Cresselia will run away, you need to trap them and then a good strategy would be to put them to Sleep. You can use a Haunter and trade it to get a Gengar. Gengar can learn Mean Look to trap them, and Hypnosis to put them to sleep. It's a good idea NOT to use Gengar unless you just want to put them to sleep because he'll be killed by the Psychic attacks easily.
