Anyone wanna help me>.>
Where is Mizuki of Hearthrome city?does she only appear after you beat the elite 4? Because I'm at victory cave
And one more thing,what lvl is you're highest Pokemon

You'll get Eevee after you get National 'dex if thats why your asking.

Seriously, who is the Mizuki?? I only know the gym leader and Bebe as the important people in Hearthome City!!
I guess she does appear after you beat the E4, because I have no idea who she is.
