Question for Pokemon Diamond
1. I know that you go to the lakes to get Azelf, Mesprit, and Uxie but do you walk in the grass to get them or do you surf.
2. Where is Mizuki in Hearthrome city.

1. No you beat the Pokemon league then enter the cave and battle em mespirit you find in the wild ps it's like latio and latias you gotta use arena trap or mean look there all lvl 50

The legends are in the middle of the lakes, in the caverns, and Mizuki, if you have the american which I presume, is actually Bebe, and shes right next door to the pokecenter.

1. No, you have to surf and go to the center of the lakes. There should be some random floating Caves there. After you catch Dialga/Palkia, they should appear in their respective caves.

You get them inside the cave that is in the center of the cave but for mesprit after you talk to it it'll run away and you'll have to catch it which is the hard part

1. Once you've battle Dialga on the top of Mt. Coronet or however you spell it, the trio will go back into their caves. However, if you try to battle Mesprit, he'll immediately run away into the grasses of Sinnoh. But you can battle Uxie and Azelf once you press "A" in from of them.
**Note** In order to get to the top of Mt. Coronet, you need 7 badges.
2. Who's Mizuki? Pretty much, the only important people I know of is in Hearthome City are Bebe, and the gym leader, of course. Talk to Bebe in the house next to the Pokemon Center. That is, considering we're talking about the person who invented the storage system for Diamond/Pearl...
