How do you use the seals in the seal case? I can't figure out how... Please answer if you how. Thanks

Be at a PC in a pokemon center. Then, go to your PC and select Ball Capsules. Then, set up a selection of stickers, you can use up to eight on a single capsule. When you want to give it to a certain Pokemon select SET and choose the Pokemon in your party. In order to deposit a Pokemon with a capsule attached to it, you have to remove the capsule, you also have to take it off to take it to the daycare.
