How I can evolve my sneazel without trading and if not give me a good ice Pokemon that I can get without trading plz..

You just have to level it up at night with a Razor Claw attached. If you dont want Sneasel, go for Snover and train it to level 40 for it to evolve into Abomasnow.

The only way to evolve Sneasel is to trade it while holding a razor claw or something like that. I'm going to say Abomasnow would be the best ice Pokemon, if you don't want a Weavile that bad.

I think you should go with the evolution of pilowswine it's beter than sneasel and it's alot stronger
