It's nothing much. You can try cheating, but it really won't be worth your time.

The blocked off room isn't created in the game so there is nothing on the other side of it. If you want to see for yourself, try the "Walk Through Walls" cheat with action replay, r4 or gameshark and you will see for yourself.
