You can dig up a skull fossil then once you have it put it into your bag then go up then make your way to oreburgh and into the mueseum then in there go to the front desk thean talk to the person on the right give him the fossil and then walk out then back into the mueseum with an empty Pokemon slot and wa la cranidos (it evolves at 30 into ramparados)
