Question for Pokemon Diamond

Ok I got the game and I have yet 3 pokemons:
1.chimchar
2.kadabra
3.luxio
Did kadabra can help me to the E4??
I want water type and ice type I thought about sneazel and I want advice about ice and water..
Did that types are good ice,water,fire fighting,psychic,electric and dragon??

Trade Kadabra and evolve it into Alakazam, it will be VERY useful. Make sure it knows Psychic, Calm Mind, Recover and another Special Attack, that will help a lot against the Elite Four.

A Water type that's not too shabby is Shellos. Pre-Evolved Form of Lapras. You can also try getting a Buizel, with Surf, that thing rocks. A decent Ice type, there really aren't. Glalie if you have the time and all.

Anyway, for each type:

Ice - Glalie, Lapras.
Water - Lapras, Buizel, Starmie.
Fire - Blaziken, Infernape, Heatdron.
Fighting - Blaziken, Infernape, Machamp.
Psychic - Espeon, Alakazam.
Electric - Magnezone, Jolteon.
Dragon - Salamence, Dragonite, Garchomp.

Shelos is not evolve to lapras.. And I got wiscash allready but where can I get a sneazel or his evolve??
where can I have glalie??
I got a luxray for electrice type
