2. Where and when do you get the fossil to get that dinosaur guy the first gym leader uses?

Shiny stone not sure t the fossile is sinnoh underground also do you got wifi if so add Chase for name and code 502608989073

1. Random around Sinnoh.
2. I believe you get the Skull Fossil from Iron Mountain.

1 iron island you get there by going on the ship at canalava place ps you get both riolu (evoulutes into lu-cario) and shiny stone
