Question for Pokemon Diamond

1. Where can I fight Dialga ( I don't know if thats right?).

2. I beat the 4th gym leader & I helped that girl out of wayward cave so what do I do now well I know I have to fight Hearthome ym leader but how "she's not here". :(

1. Spear Piller. Spear Pillar is at the top of Mt. Coronet.
2. Go to the Contest Hall, the 5th Leader is there.
