Question for Pokemon Diamond
Okay, for those who have gotten decently far, can you get Rotom [in the Old Chateau, in the Eterna Forest] when you only have 2 badges? Or do you have to wait until a later point into the game, such as after you beat the E4? Or after you've gotten more badges, or after you obtained the national dex? Help here??
I've gotten the information from serebii.net, but it doesn't tell you when you're able to battle Rotom. All I know is, that he can only be battled at night, and I've battled him at 8:00 and after 9:00. It's 9:24 right now, when I last examined the TV... But it only says: "The TV has an oddly malevolent feel... It's as if it is staring..." And serebii.net says that Rotom should appear. Which, it doesn't. So am I doing anything wrong? Or should I just wait a bit later into the game?
