Question for Pokemon Diamond
I haven't got this game yet but I wanted to know if like you got a sneasel on Pokemon diamond if you could trade it over onto another game like firered, emerald, saphirre or any other game.

Sneasel...yes...Weavile...no..4th Gen Pokemon cannot be traded to 3rd Gen games

Yes. Sneasel is able to be transfered to the third generation games. However, if your Sneasel evolves, then it CAN'T be transferred to the Third Generation games.

No you can't you can only go from GBA games to DS games the Pokemon from the Sinnoh region can not go into the Kanto region unless you have HeartGold and SoulSilver.
