Yes. You transfer third generation Pok�mon through Pal Park. You put your GBA game in the GBA Slot of your Nintendo DS.

Once you beat the Elite Four, you will recieve the National Dex and gain access to Pal Park. In Pal Park, you are able to transfer 6 Pok�mon a day from the GBA games. This is for any Pok�mon, not just the legendaries.
