I've recently bought an Action Replay DSi, to use on my Nintendo DS Lite, I didn't think this was a problem as it says it is compatible. When I received it, I tried to boot up my Pokemon Pearl with some codes that were already pre-installed to my AR device, however when I select 'boot game with codes' it just displays a white screen, I've tried going on the manager and resetting hardware - still doesn't work. I've tried downloading earlier firmware in case it was that - still doesn't work. I've tried everything and it just won't boot up. NOTE : it works 100% fine w/ out AR device, so it's not that. Is my AR device faulty? And is it anything to do with the fact that I'm on a Nintendo DS not Dsi? Would an AR DS work instead of AR DSi? Please Help!

Does the AR dsi work with other games you have on your ds lite? If they work then maybe it's something to do with the pre-loaded codes, try loading up Pearl with the AR but not using any codes to see if it will work, it could be that you have gotten a faulty device if it doesn't work, it shouldn't have anything to do with your ds lite unless you have the wrong firmware on your AR or the wrong version on your ds lite
