Whenever I use Pokemon diamond or pearl with the action replay it doesn't work it just gives me a white screen when I hit start game, it works fine without the action replay, and the action replay works fine with other Pokemon games like black2 I just don't know what's wrong. I have tried Turing off all the cheats and then using it but to no avail still just a white screen I've also tried just letting it sit with the white screen for a while but nothing happens I'm using a 3ds but the action replay is compatible with it and like I said it does run new gen games with codes and every thing so any help would be great and I don't need a cheating lecture I'm just trying to have fun obviously fun is unheard of to some people because they tend to be rude.

From what I have found online, either something is wrong with your Action Replay or newer updates to it has caused this to happen. Have you tried resetting your Action Replay? If not, try to do so. Resetting the hardware will cause all of your cheats to be erased, so you might want to write them down. If that doesn't work, try getting some support from Here. Like I said, it could be one of the updates that is causing this.
Hope this helps!
I have the same problem with Pokemon Platinum. Plays fine normally, but when I try to load through action replay (even without codes) it just shows a blank screen. The game is recognised whether I have US or EU codes on the AR.
REASON: I believe there is a good chance it is a BOOTLEG COPY. Even though it works normally
Best way to tell:
- The serial numbers on the front and back:
On the front there will be a code like NTR-CPUE-USA (this is my platinum)
On the back, the code SHOULD start with the same four letters as the middle four on the front. Mine states CP3EN0J09
Real: NTR-CPUE -USA and CPUE N0J09
Fake: NTR-CPUE -USA and CP3N N0J09
Other telltale signs. Pictures in the manual, cartridge and box are blurred
The seal states Official Nintendo seal (Should say Official nintendo seal of quality)
If you got the game from a retailer, you should be able to get a refund/replacement or threaten to report them to Nintendo (They really don't like pirates)
I'm yet to locate a legit copy of Platinum so I can cheat to my heart's content but I'm scouring ebay lately
Unfortunately, there are a few fakes out there
Hope this helps
