Question for Pokemon Diamond
My Torterra knows the moves Earthquake, Leaf Storm, Rock Slide, and Rock Climb
I want to know if he should have Energy Ball rather than Leaf Storm, and possibly Stone Edge over Rock Slide

Stone edge over rock climb. If you are fighting competitively, I wouldn't use hm moves other than fly or surf
