Question for Pokemon Diamond
There's a Fat Man at the end of Victory Road and he's blocking the exit. He says "Let me size you up..." PLEASE HELP ME GET PAST HIM! It's nearly impossible to get past!

Are you refering to the gentleman blocking the portion of Victory Road that ultimately leads to Route 224? If you are, then you must beat the Elite 4 and Champion, AND recieve the National Pokedex before he leaves.
If you are refering to a trainer, then you must train your Pokemon until you can beat him.
