How do you get nintendo gift? I want to get the card so you can go inside the Abandoned Inn. And also, how does it work?

If an event was active (no event has been active for Diamond in years), you would go to the Mystery Gift option on the main menu and select Nintendo Wifi. Of course you would need to have your DS connected to the internet, either with a cable or wirelessly.
There will most likely NEVER be another event for Diamond. Events are usually limited to the newest games or the second newest games, and that is currently all of the generation 5 games.
