Question for Pokemon Diamond
When I was playing my diamond I was battling a drifblim and the game freeze and I had shut it off and when I turned it back on it started over how could I get the saved file back

If the Saved File isn't there, I don't think you can get it back. I think you will have to start a New Game. I would recommend you save your game periodically so you don't lose your data.
