You cannot. There are no cheat codes for Pokemon games.
There are codes you can enter into an Action Replay that alters your game or the gameplay, however you must buy an Action Replay first. Action Replays can severly damage your game. Hacked Pokemon are not allowed in tournaments. Using hacks is very risky, and you will never recieve sympathy is something goes awry.
