Does any have cheat for happiness?don't tell me about maxing and all.

If you look Here, you may be able to find an Action Replay Code for that. If you cannot find one there, create a SuperCheats Account. After you do that, create a new Topic Here. Someone may be able to find / create an Action Replay Code for you.
Besides that, you can raise your Pokemon' Happiness by doing a few things:
1) Keeping it first in your Party
2) Battling with it
3) Putting an item on it that will raise it's Happiness
4) Heal it if it gets hurt in battle
5) Feeding it Poffins
6) Getting a Massage in the Resort Area

The only legitimate ways to increase happiness is to do the following things: walk roughly 256 steps with the Pokemon in your party (position DOES NOT matter), use the EV Berries (Raise happiness lowers a stat), treat it to a massage, feed it vitamins, and level it up.
Healing DOES NOT effect happiness, but faiting does.
