You can try to trade for Level 100 Pokemon. You can do so by exchanging Friend Codes with people and trading in the Wi-Fi Club. You must have Wi-Fi.
If you create a SuperCheats Account and create a Topic Here, someone may be able to trade you Level 100 Pokemon.
