HM02 (Fly) can be obtained in Team Galactic's Warehouse. After you have it, teach it to one of your Pokemon that can learn it. Most Flying-Type Pokemon can learn HM Fly. You must have the Third Gym Badge in order to use HM Fly Outside of Battle. After you have done all of this, go into your Team and click on the Pokemon that knows HM Fly. You can Fly to any city or town that you have already been to.
