Either your game is damaged, or your save file has been corrupted. If you have hacked at any point, then I would delete the save file and start a new one (don't hack this time). If you've never hacked, and never recieved a hacked Pokemon in a trade, then it seems like you need to buy a new game. Unfortunately, there is no good answer, sorry.

Take any hacked pokèmon out of your party and try again it worked for me
