For espeon is this a good moveset:
Psychic
Shadow ball
Reflect
Light screen/Calm mind
Item: Light clay
Please give me info on how good this is or how to improve it.

That is a very good moveset. I would use Calm Mind over Light Screen, but that's just me. Either would be fine.

I really like the Moveset that you gave your Espeon. Light Clay makes Reflect and Light Screen useful. It works together very well.
I went with this Moveset:
Psychic
Signal Beam
Shadow Ball
Calm Mind
Item: Wise Glasses / Choice Specs
