So I've like beat most of the game and professor oak says I've heard new Pokemon sitings and to check places I've already checked. Where do I check?

There are several new legendaries that are now available (fourth lake appears in the east and a new island is available via boat in Canalave). The trophy garden now can have more pokemon. Also, you can now use the pokeradar (provided you've found it) and the Duel Slot method. Each provide many Pokemon that you couldn't find in game before hand.
