Question for Pokemon Diamond

Ok so I have beaten the eliet four and found 149 my problem is...I can't get eevee I talked to Bebe....nothing...butler and master in masshion....nothing this is going on every day how do I get eevee!?please help:(

You can get Eevee by the ways you mentioned, but only after you have the National Pokedex.
