Is it possible to buy full pp restores? What does pp stand for?

You cannot buy PP Restores at any PokeMart. The ones you find throughout the game are the only ones you can obtain. The term PP stands for how many times a move can be used (I.e. Fire Blast 5/5 ).

Yes it is possible to get pp from the shops. When it says 0 on one of your pokemons moves so it can't use that move, but when you use a pp on the move the Pokemon can use that move now.

PP stands for Power Points. It is the value associated with each move, it is how many times you can use that move before having to restore the PP.
Unfortunatly, you cannot buy any form of PP restoring item. However, you can farm Leppa Berries. Each berry restores 10 PP.

No but you may get them from trainers and a ar code or try useing the drowsing machine
