Question for Pokemon Diamond
Okay, so I've been trying to get passed this guy at Valor Lakefront to go to Sunyshore City he says "Stop, stop! Yes, you! Sunyshore City, which is down this road, had a mojor blackout! Crews are working on restoring power, but the road's closed now". I don't get it!! -.-" please help me D:

Before you can go to Sunyshore City, you must defeat the first seven Gym Leaders, defeat Cyrus / Team Galatic on Spear Pillar, and battle Dialga on Spear Pillar. Once this is all done, you can go to Sunyshore City.

Try progressing through the game like you're supposed to, instead of skipping a massive chunk like you're trying to do. If someone/something is blocking your path, that means there are things you need to do first.

U gotta beat the 7 gyms and beat/catch dialga, and go to the road where he is standing and he will be gone. >w<
