Question for Pokemon Diamond
Where do I find Pokemon number 89, 108, 111, 115, 135, 139, 146, 147, and 148??????!!!!!!!!?????????!?! I REALLY want the national dex.

You really need to stress which pokedex you mean, because #148 isn't the same Pokemon in each pokedex. In this case, one can infer you mean the Sinnoh Dex, and because this is in the Diamond Q&A, the DP Sinnoh Dex (Platinum has a different pokedex)
#089 is Bronzong.
#108 is Spiritomb.
#111 is Garchomp.
#115 is Riolu. You can get this one from the egg Riley gives you on Iron Island.
#135 is Lumineon. You can find this one by battling trainers on Route 223.
#139 is Milotic.
#146, 147, and 148 are the lake guardians. Go to the lakes after rescuing them.
Those I have not given a location to will be fought in the elite 4.
It looks as though you are just impatient.
