Question for Pokemon Diamond

My DS is messed up! I used a MYSTERY EGG IN DAYCARE code from supercheats.com and it didn't work! It says I have the mystery Pokemon on my bottom screen but when I go to my Pokemon nothing is there. It's a question mark of mayhem! I tried to switch it out but it ate 3 of my Pokemon! Is there a way to undo this?
HELP ME! HELP ME! HELP ME! HELP ME!
Otherwise my Pokemon diamond game will be permanently messed up because of you, so find a way to fix it!
If you don't I will report you!
You may also send me another diamond game, I will accept that!
I will check tomorrow!

Provided you didn't save it after putting in the cheat, you should be able to simple turn of you DS.
If that doesn't work or you saved your game after using the code, then you have to restart your game. (Meaning deleting the save file) You may be able trade some of your Pokemon off of your Diamond, but don't count on it.
If that doesn't work, that means that you've damaged the game itself and you need to get a new one.

In any senario, DON'T use that cheat again.
